Family Support Organization of Essex County 20th Anniversary Event

Challenge: Family Support Organization of Essex County (FSOEC) had a 20th anniversary event that they needed fast design and marketing for.

Solution: Because there was a short amount of time we made a timeline for the both our teams to keep track with. After that we were able to work effectively with their team through meetings with key administrative stakeholders, to flesh out exactly what look and feel they wanted in the marketing deliverables. Nex we were then able to create a theme that was well approved in one meeting. From there we were off to the races to create materials to advertise through individual video stories, a main event anniversary video, their website, emails, social media and more. We even created a game that taught attendees all about FSOEC. We received board approval throughout.

Result: By the end of the event we helped their teem meet all of their goals for video, photography, education, sharing individual stories and various attendance. They were pleased with the outcome and said they could not have completed the project without us.
