Jones Lang LaSalle: 429 Delancey Street Book

Challenge: Client was going to the ICSC show in Vegas, the largest retail real estate show in the US, and needed marketing collateral for an assignment involving representing a client’s land holdings in Newark, New Jersey, owned by a supermarket chain.

Solution: During this time period, many positive business and economic occurrences were taking place in Newark, including the Prudential Arena that had just been completed. We completed the marketing collateral on-time, including getting approvals,, printing and delivery to the client at the show

Result: The client had the book in time to show several perspective buyers at the show.
