Marchi Real Estate Partners were looking to create a logo for their company

Challenge: Create a new logo for an existing real estate company.

Solution: We learned about the history of the company. We learned about how their father had established a real estate business developing apartment buildings. They wanted to make a name for themselves in the loft and apartment markets in upper urban areas of New Jersey and New York.

Result: Fonts chosen made the  family name Marchi stand tall. The yellow boxes represented the urban areas they worked in. The blue color represented business but the orange gave it a fresh look. The feel of the logo meant that they were on top of other competitors in the same space. The final logo was used to rework their business cards and to create a whole new website for the company. The company went on to developing residential areas all around New York and New Jersey areas.
