Challenge: International client needed to have marketing collateral for 30-plus companies, which were operating in the Caribbean, ready for the Fancy Food Show in Washington D.C. With only a month and a half left before the show started, their promotions and marketing materials were not yet started. Additionally they were at the back of the show which meant a smaller audience.
Solution: Our team worked remotely with the client to create a campaign around “Discover Our Flavors, Find Your Treasure.” We created a tablet prize giveaway that centered around a treasure map they had to find online and turn in at the booths at the back of the show. The promotion included a landing page, signup page, email campaign, online advertising, online social media game and a 40-page show brochure.
Result: Everything was completed on time, they had much more people go to their booths because of the promotion and they accomplished the following results:
- 250-plus owners and buyer lead list generated
- Integrated email list ready to go for content marketing
- Ongoing meeting requests for future business
